Customer Service will be unavailable on the following holidays: New Year's Day, The 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Orders placed by 8am will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 8am will be processed on the following business day.

Return Policy

Returns

• If you are unsatisfied for any reason and wish to return any items, all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for return or refund.
• Please contact us at customerservice@lipstickcenter.com or by phone at (954) 568-7077 to initiate a return. Failure to notify Customer Service of returns in advance can result in processing delays.
• Any items sent in for a return will be inspected by our Quality Control Department. Lipstick Center will not refund original shipping charges unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
• Please note, all items being returned must be unopened, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging, if applicable. Lipstick Center cannot accept returns for any item that has been opened/used. A refund will not be issued for any return that has been used. If you return a used item, it will be shipped back to you without refund.
• Please pack and seal your return securely and include a copy of your invoice with a note explaining why you are returning the item(s) and whether you'd prefer a refund or an exchange.
• Packages must be returned pre-paid unless otherwise specified. Lipstick Center will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• Purchase and use of any items are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Before using any cosmetics for the first time, be sure to consult a physician or dermatologist to learn of any allergies you may have to specific ingredients. Lipstick Center is not responsible for any allergic reactions as a result of use of the products purchased and cannot provide a refund in such cases.

Exchanges

• If you are exchanging an item(s), please contact Customer Service for assistance and to initiate the exchange process. Any price differences will be charged or refunded to your card or paypal account accordingly.
• All exchanges are subject to a $4.95 reshipping fee, unless the exchange is a result of an error on our part. By returning items for exchange, it is assumed that you have read and understand our reshipping fee policy.
• If you receive a defective or broken item, Lipstick Center must be notified within 30 days of receipt in order to provide a refund or an exchange. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
• Packages must be returned pre-paid unless otherwise specified. Lipstick Center will not accept C.O.D. Deliveries.
• Lipstick Center inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.
• If an item is received in error and is returned to us in used condition, you will be charged for the used item(s).

Refunds

If our Customer Service department concludes that an order must be refunded please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to your bank account. All refunds are issued immediately and the time for the funds to be returned may varry depending on your bank's policy. If after 5 (five) business days you do not see the refunded posted to your account, please call Customer Service with your order number. We will investiage the delay and ensure that everything is functioning properly. 

Payment

Lipstick Center accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

Once your order is placed, the funds are placed on hold by your bank and will appear as a pending charge. Once your order has shipped, the payment will be processed and will no longer appear as a pending charge on your account.

In order for your order to be approved, your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your bank statements. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, please be sure to enter both addresses during checkout. Contact your banking institution if you are unsure of your billing address.

Fraud Protection

All orders are subject to review by LipstickCenter's Fraud Department. Lipstick Center reserves the right to refuse any order due to suspected fraud. On occasion, Customer Service may contact you by phone or email for order verification purposes.

Coupons

Lipstick Center does not accept competitor or manufacturer coupons. The following rules apply to all Lipstick Center coupon codes and promotions:

• Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Coupons cannot be applied to previous orders already processed.
• Coupons are limited to one per customer, per order.
• Coupons are valid until the printed expiration date on each coupon card or as noted in promotional emails.
• Coupons cannot be combined with other offers.
• Lipstick Center does not post coupon codes online other than via official social media outlets and promotional emails.

Product Availability

Lipstick Center inventory is updated in real time and strives to ensure that all quantities displayed are accurate. On occasion, displayed inventory may be incorrect.

If an item(s) is out of stock after your order is placed, you will be refunded for that item and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Any applicable refunds will be noted on the packing slip included in your order.

Lipstick Center is unable to take orders for items that are out of stock and cannot alert you when specific items/shades become available. You are welcome to browse the website as often as you like. New inventory will be added to the website as it becomes available.
