Orders placed by 8am will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 8am will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Carrier
All Standard and Expedited orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. 2 Day Guarantee orders are shipped with Fedex. Please note: Fedex does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping
Lipstick Center can only ship to the exact billing address associated with the credit card you are using to place your order.
The fees charged on your order do not include customs fees and taxes. You are responsible for any additional customs fees in your destination country.
CANADA
Estimated arrival in 7-18 business days with potential delays due to customs.
RETURNS
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for return or refund.
Please contact us at customerservice@lipstickcenter.com or by phone at 954-568-7077 to initiate a return. Failure to notify Customer Service of returns in advance can result in processing delays.
All item(s) sent in for a return will be inspected by our Quality Control Department.
All items being returned must be unopened, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging, if applicable.
A refund will not be issued for merchandise that has been opened/used.
Please pack and seal your return securely and include a copy of your invoice/packing slip with a note explaining why you are returning the item(s).
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are not eligible for a refund.
